WHY AVANSE ANSANM
In the span of the last 50 years South Florida has become home to the largest proportion of Haitians living in the United States.  Despite such large numbers, Haitian American Millennials and Xers often fee, disconnected from each other and to the Haitian community. Avanse Ansanm is a movement for young Haitian American singles, couples and families, ages 21-45, to connect to each other and to the South Florida Haitian  community in meaningful ways for a vibrant and more engaged Haitian Community.

What we do
  1. Engage Haitian American young adults through bimonthly networking socials and crucial community conversations.
  2. Educate Haitian American young adults on issues impacting the Haitian community in South Florida and in Haiti through the Haitian-American Think Tank
  3. Empower Haitian American young adults to put their collective power to economic and political use. ​
